This page explains the official SIYBR returns, refund, and warranty policy for our tactical art toys and breakup recovery gear. If a unit arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you are protected. If you simply change your mind, we provide a structured return path.

We build equipment for resilience. If our gear fails, we fix it. If your mission parameters change, we facilitate the return — clean, clear, and time-boxed.

Return & Refund Scenarios

⚠️ Gear Failure (Defective/Damaged)

If your unit arrives damaged, broken, or with clear manufacturing defects, it qualifies as a mission-critical failure.

If you decide the product is not right for you, and the item is unopened and in its original condition and packaging.

Initiation Protocol (How to Start a Return)
  • 1. Report the Issue Within 14 Days Email us at support@siybr.com within 14 days of delivery. Briefly describe whether it is a defective/damaged unit or a change-of-mind return.
  • 2. Submit Evidence for Damaged Units If the item is damaged or defective, attach at least two clear photos of the product and packaging. This allows us to confirm the issue, skip unnecessary return shipping where possible, and send a replacement quickly.
  • 3. Resolution & Refund Processing Once approved, we either dispatch a replacement or issue a refund. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is our fault.

Warranty Notes for Handcrafted Art Toys

NOTE ON HANDCRAFTED UNITS:
“The Heartless” and “Challenger” series are partially hand-finished. Minor variations in texture, color tone, or surface feel are not defects; they are unique signatures of each unit, consistent with limited-run collector-grade art toys.
