What is the return policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. If your figure arrives damaged, send a photo and we'll ship a free replacement or refund you in full — no return needed. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.
Is this an official SIYBR original?

Yes. SIYBR is an independent brand of original collectible resin figures. This website is our official store.
How long does shipping take?

Each figure is made to order in Dongguan, China. Please allow 3–5 business days before dispatch, followed by 7–12 business days in transit to the United States. Standard US shipping is free, with customs duties and import taxes prepaid (DDP). Tracking is emailed when your order ships. See shipping details.
What is it made of?

Photopolymer 3D-printed resin, finished with semi-matte black paint and a red engraved directive. Each figure is hand-finished, so minor surface variations can occur.
What if it arrives damaged?

Email support@siybr.com clear photos of the product and packaging within 14 days of delivery. Once confirmed, we provide a free replacement or full refund. No return shipment is required. Read our refund policy.
