01. Plain Packaging

Your order arrives in a matte outer box with no logos, no slogans, and no product names visible on the outside. Inside: your figure, protective foam, done. Nobody who handles the parcel knows what it is or what it is about.

02. Full Transparency

We keep the packaging quiet — not our identity:

• Sender: SIYBR / Dongguan Zhuoshang Trading Co., Ltd.
• Customs: Contents are declared accurately as resin art figures, with true values.
• Billing: Payment is processed by PayPal under our own brand name — we do not use masked billing descriptors.

03. Where Your Order Ships From

Every figure is cast, finished, and packed at our studio in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. Each unit is made to order, which takes 3–5 business days before dispatch.

04. Delivery Timeline

United States: 7–12 business days in transit after dispatch — typically 10–16 business days total from the day you order. Estimates for other destinations are shown at checkout. A tracking number is emailed the moment your order ships (allow 24–48 hours for the first scan).

05. Free Shipping & Duties Included (DDP)

Standard shipping to the United States is free on all orders. All orders ship Delivered Duty Paid: customs duties and import taxes are included in your total and paid by us. Nothing is ever due at your door.

06. If Something Goes Wrong

If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, contact us — we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. Damaged arrivals are covered under our Refund Policy: photos are enough, no return needed.
