siybr.com is operated by Dongguan Zhuoshang Trading Co., Ltd. Every SIYBR figure is cast, finished, and packed at our studio in Dongguan, Guangdong, China, and shipped directly to you.

Processing time

Each figure is made to order. Casting and finishing take 3–5 business days before dispatch.

Transit time

United States: 7–12 business days after dispatch — typically 10–16 business days total from the day you order. Delivery estimates for other destinations are shown at checkout. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays; customs or carrier backlogs can occasionally add a few days.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping to the United States is free on all orders. Rates for other destinations, where available, are calculated at checkout.

Duties and taxes — nothing due at delivery

All orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Applicable customs duties and import taxes are included in your order total and paid by us. You will never be asked to pay additional fees when your package arrives.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the studio. Please allow 24–48 hours for the first tracking scan to appear.

Packaging and sender information

Orders ship in plain, logo-free packaging for your privacy. The sender is listed as SIYBR / Dongguan Zhuoshang Trading Co., Ltd., and customs declarations accurately describe the contents as resin art figures. See our Shipping & Discreet Packaging page for details.

Delayed or lost packages

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
