These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of siybr.com and any purchase made through it (the "Services"). The Services are operated by Dongguan Zhuoshang Trading Co., Ltd. ("SIYBR", "we", "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be the age of majority in your place of residence, or use the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase.

2. Our products

SIYBR figures are handmade decorative resin art objects. Minor variations in finish are part of the process, not defects. Our products are not medical, therapeutic, or mental-health devices, and we make no claim that they diagnose, treat, prevent, or improve any health condition. Brand storytelling on this site is creative writing, not a promise of outcomes.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and may change at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely via PayPal. All orders ship Delivered Duty Paid — applicable duties and import taxes are included in your order total. In the event of an obvious pricing or listing error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline it (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or address problems). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is accepted and a tracking email when it ships.

5. Shipping and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, sculpts, text, and images on the Services are owned by Dongguan Zhuoshang Trading Co., Ltd. or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.
