siybr.com is operated by Dongguan Zhuoshang Trading Co., Ltd. If something is not right with your order, here is exactly how returns and refunds work.

14-day returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Email support@siybr.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 48 hours (Monday–Friday) with a return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Change-of-mind returns

You cover return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund the full product price to your original payment method. Original shipping charges, if any were paid, are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Email us clear photos of the product and packaging within 14 days of delivery. Once confirmed, we ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipment required.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. If a refund appears delayed, please check with PayPal or your bank first, then contact us.

Order cancellations

Because each figure is made to order, you can cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.

Handcrafted variations

SIYBR figures are partially hand-finished. Minor variations in texture or surface tone are characteristics of the process, not defects.
